Vacation...is officially over. Though, I'm pleased to be back at work. While the hustle of shopping for the holidays and the drinking and the parties and everything is very exciting...I much prefer sitting at my desk, boring over paperwork or watching my clients practice.
I think tonight...I shall need a long bath.

I may go dancing this weekend if my schedule stays open... |

I've been so tired lately. It seems as if I haven't been getting enough sleep. In all honesty...I think I have been sleeping more than usual. This is so odd.
Perhaps it's simply the stress of my job. That could make sense.
I can only imagine what Kite-san must be going through. A couple of people is bad enough. He has five to deal with.
Ne, Kite-san. If you'd like to go for drinks sometime, contact me. You know how.

So, work has been as usual. Really, it's a handful. I don't think I could be happier with the way my life is right now. I love the excitement of knowing that I help provide the world with entertainment without actually being the entertainment. That's sort of an odd way to look at it, though, I'm sure, that without my help, my clients wouldn't be to where they are today.
I think I might watch a movie tonight. It's late...but I'm not tired. I would call Yumiko-san but I'd hate to wake her if she's asleep...her work is very demanding. I'm fairly sure that nothing is on the satelite and there's only so much of watching my darlings before I want to nod off... Perhaps I should watch them...
There's something incredibly soothing about watching fish swim around. Perhaps it's the motions... since swimming relaxes me as well. Hm...maybe I'll do that instead. The pool and surrounding area is lighted.

| Vacation~ |

Since I didn't update after my last weekend off...I suppose I'll be sharing some of the info with anyone who cares. As is my passion, well, my real passion, I went to the aquarium. It was very wonderful. Though, I wasn't too fond of the fossils hanging from the ceiling...or the sharks. There was way too many of those. I prefer the smaller fish to the large ones. I did find the rays especially exciting! There was a tank...where you could pet them. They were...incredibly slimy... Why I touched them...I still don't understand. There was also some horseshoe crabs available for touching. Rather odd looking things. They have blue blood, at least that's my understanding. Curious creatures. Ah...but the most exciting had to eb the giant catfish! I forget their proper name...though I do have a book with the names in it. I believe the catfish could have easily swallowed my foot! Amazing...
But...on other news. Work is going very well now that I've been back. I feel much more confident in my paperwork now that I don't feel as stressed. It's very nice, actually. I believe I'm getting more work down now. I've also invested in a new laptop with an inhanced processor. It runs quite nicely and very quickly. |

Mr. Striped Peacock Eel came home today and so far seems to enjoy his new home. He's currently nestled under the small log I purchased for him and silently waiting for the shrimp to swim by so he can have his dinner.
On other news... Well... I'm not so sure I should give other news.
My day off was quite relaxing...
Other than that...I shouldn't really talk about my job. As I wouldn't want anything to leak that shouldn't be leaked.
Must stay professional. Well, that is all. |
